Returns & Exchange Policy
We do not offer Returns on our Embellished/Embroidered garments and Brooches. We can offer you a size exchange for these products.

We can offer a exchange on any item as long as it is returned in its original condition and packaging within 7 days of receipt. Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all PALLAVI SWADI garment tags and packaging still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
If your product has been damaged in transit, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.
Orders already Exchanged once and Final Sale styles are not eligible for exchange.
We recommend that you obtain proof of postage on returning the item to us, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in the post.
