Our typical shipping time frame is 10-15 days. Domestic orders are delivered within 3-5 days, while international orders usually arrive within 7-10 days. If any of your items are out of stock, we will promptly contact you to confirm the revised delivery schedule.

You can conveniently and securely pay your bill online through the Razorpay secure platform, which accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Please note that we do not accept personal checks, money orders, or any other forms of payment.

Orders are processed from our warehouse in Mumbai, India.

Each order is recognized as unique by our system, and unfortunately, we are unable to combine orders once they have been placed separately.

Once an order is placed, we do not provide a cancellation option. However, if you wish to modify your order within 24 hours of placing it, we can issue a gift card instead of a refund. These gift cards can be redeemed within 6 months for your next purchase on our website. Please note that these gift cards are only valid on our website and cannot be used on any other website or in physical stores offering our products.

We provide a gift card via email, which functions similarly to store credits. Upon receiving your product at our warehouse, we will inspect it to ensure it is in its original condition and packaging. The gift card will be sent to your email within 3-4 working days after we confirm the product's condition. If you do not receive the gift card after our confirmation, please contact us at info@pallaviswadi.com.

If the item doesn’t fit you, we will exchange it for an alternate size.  We accept returns for any genuine defects in the piece caused due to damage in transit and will replace it with another piece of the same style once this is brought to our notice which should be within 48 hours of receipt of the delivery.  If for some reason we are unable to provide you with the same style due to unavailability, we would issue a gift card to you which can be utilized for any future purchase on the website.

Currently, our website only accepts orders that have been fully paid for. We are in the process of implementing a partial cash on delivery (COD) option, which will be available soon.

We offer free shipping on all deliveries within India. For international deliveries please see charges here.

We are unable to offer returns on international orders currently.

Our team will contact you prior to delivery using the email or phone number provided. If a delivery is missed and the item is returned to our studio, our logistics team will reach out to you before re-initiating the delivery process.
